Individual Conflict Coaching $125 per/90min

Conflict coaching is a one-on-one process for those navigating a difficult situation on their own. Sessions focus on understanding your conflict, identifying your options, and building the skills to handle it. This is a tool works well as a compliment to therapy.

Best for: Individuals who want support working through a conflict at work or in their personal life.

SERVICE 02

Professional Mediation Services $225-250 per/2hr

Mediation is a voluntary, confidential process in which a neutral third party helps disputing parties reach a mutually acceptable agreement. Unlike litigation, mediation preserves relationships, saves time and money, and gives both parties control over the outcome.

Butler ADR & Consulting provides mediation services for workplace, co-parenting, and family disputes — whether in person or virtually across the nation. Rates may vary.

Restorative Practice Services $65-85 per person

Our restorative practice service include a range of approaches —to include but not limited to mediation, restorative circles, and conferences that are transformative in nature —focused on strengthening the relationships and social connections within workplaces or families with the primary goal of repairing harm, restoring relationships, and create a sense of belonging among participants. Rates may vary.

Organizational Conflict Neutral Session & Evaluations. Enterprise Custom Rates

Facilitating evaluations using the psychometric tool — Conflict Dynamic Profile Assessment (CDP)- Individual — to diagnose and understand organizational conflict behaviors while focusing on practical ways to respond to conflict triggers. Rates vary by company size

Done virtually. Rates vary by group size and hourly or half-day option.

Consulting

Our consulting retainers give organizations ongoing access to experienced conflict resolution and organizational development expertise without the cost of adding a full-time internal resource. Retainer services may include conflict management consultation, leadership guidance, employee relations support, workplace culture assessments, difficult conversation preparation, organizational problem-solving, facilitation support, policy and process consultation, and strategic guidance for emerging workplace challenges.

Each engagement is tailored to the organization’s needs and can evolve as priorities change. Whether you need ongoing advisory support, an external thought partner, or targeted guidance for complex workplace situations, Butler ADR & Consulting provides practical, research-informed solutions designed to strengthen decision-making, reduce unnecessary conflict, and promote healthier workplace environments.
