Butler ADR & Consulting is a conflict analysis and resolution service based and operating out of Buffalo, NY. We believe conflict can be approached differently. Our mission is to increase the accessibility of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and consulting services by helping leaders, decision-makers, military-affiliated entities, families, and individuals navigate conflict with confidence, strategy, structure, and respect.

Butler ADR & Consulting is founded by Conflict Resolutionist Latisha Butler, M.S. who studied Applied Psychology and Conflict Analysis and Resolution concentrating in best business practices and has a diverse professional background. Latisha Butler, M.S. has deployed and serves as a Personnel Management Noncommissioned Officer in the U.S. Army — serving on the Army ADR Program Neutral Roster— and has volunteered at Community Dispute Resolution Centers (CDRCs), the Erie Family Court and Civil Court as a Mediator, and Conflict-Coach in the State of New York. Her conflicts of expertise serves in workplace, civil, and family disputes, where she takes a solution-centered approach. Knowing the unique environments, structures, and demands of soldiers while serving, Latisha Butler, M.S. remains committed to serving military service-members, as well as families, and corporations clients with the same professionalism, impartiality, and cultural awareness.

Butler ADR & Consulting approach is structured in the conflict theories centered within organizational, deployment psychology, and the familial interpersonal dynamics — understanding that the conflict is rarely one-dimensional and stems from disconnection or misalignment in communication styles. We Recognize that there are different styles to communication, cultural, intersectional, and multi-generational perspectives to every problem. That is why we center solution-focused conflict management skills and procedures, restorative practices, and strategic communication techniques to help clients produce productive dialogue, implement organizational structures, mirror mutual respect, and achieve sustainable outcomes. Here we provide various facilitation methods, transformational management, and thoughtful engagement, to environments so participants are validated, seen, heard, respected, and empowered throughout the resolution process.
