Latisha Butler, M.S., is a conflict-resolution professional, workplace mediator, and organizational consultant specializing in workplace conflict, leadership development, facilitation, and organizational problem-solving.

As the Founder & Principal Consultant of Butler ADR & Consulting, Latisha helps organizations move beyond simply reacting to conflict toward building the leadership capability, practical skills, and organizational practices needed to address conflict earlier and more effectively.

She holds a Master of Science in Conflict Analysis & Resolution, with a concentration in Best Business Practices. Her professional credentials include Workplace Mediation & Training certification through the Mediation Training Institute (MTI), Qualified Mediator accreditation through the International Mediation Institute, and Certified Practitioner in CDP-I.

Latisha has also served in the U.S. Army, experience that contributes to her perspective on leadership, communication, accountability, negotiation, and conflict management in complex environments.

Her work brings together conflict analysis, mediation, leadership development, facilitation, and organizational consulting to help leaders and organizations address the human dynamics that can affect workplace relationships, team effectiveness, and organizational performance.

Through Butler ADR & Consulting, Latisha is developing the Butler's Workforce Conflict Shield™, a structured approach designed to help organizations Diagnose, Equip, Embed, and Sustain stronger conflict-management capabilities.

Neutral Roster Member

Listed on various rosters including community, court-connected, and federal organizational neutral rosters for appointment in formal ADR proceedings.

Continuing Education

Ongoing professional development in ADR best practices, ethics, and trauma-informed practices from NYSDRA, MTI, and the Deployment Psychology Center.

Over a decade of HR and operational management with military personnel experience and practice in work-related disputes, resolution, and training contexts.
