We are not attorneys so we do not cost you an arm and a leg to get results. We also combine a thoughtful, human-centered approach with clear communication and practical outcomes — we specialize in trauma informed conflict, and we understand the effects of moral injury on teams and families. We operate on hourly and custom rates dependent on the service chosen. We have service costs starting as low as $125 per/hr for individual services. We also offer flexible tier packages based on the conflict type and service(s) needed for enterprises. After an initial intake conversation, we’ll provide in-depth service rates and cost summary with no hidden fees.

Although Buffalo/ Erie County New York’s court filing is free, information states that parents may use mediation before court, and a case can be referred to mediation at any stage if both parents agree. Our custody and visitation mediation begins at $225 per hour, with many families resolving their concerns in several focused sessions—often at a substantially lower total cost than retaining separate attorneys for a contested Family Court case.
