We also combine a thoughtful, human-centered approach with clear communication and practical outcomes — we specialize in trauma informed conflict, and we understand the effects of moral injury on teams and families. We operate on hourly and custom rates dependent on the service chosen. We have service costs starting as low as $125 per/hr for individual services. We also offer flexible tier packages based on the conflict type and service(s) needed for enterprises. After an initial intake conversation, we’ll provide in-depth service rates and cost summary with no hidden fees.

Yes! We offer virtual conflict coaching for personal disputes as well as virtual options for all our services.
