Initial Consultation

If we decide to move forward, you'll receive a service agreement outlining the process, fees, and expectations. Once signed, we schedule your first session — hybrid options such as in person and virtually for those in Western New York, NYS area and for those overseas (for military members only) whichever works best for you.

Agreement & Scheduling

Sessions are structured but flexible, and paced to what your situation requires. Depending on the service, this may involve one session or several over a period of time.
